Solar-Passive house on the Otago Peninsula. Concrete floor with insulated pre-cast concrete walls. The house generates it’s own power from wind turbines and photo-voltic cells. 2004-2006. Construction by Top Notch Builders. Dunedin.

Solar-Passive design with scope for further additions with a second story. Primary construction is insulated pre-cast concrete panels. Dwelling is nestled into sloping site with outstanding views to the valley below. Mud brick to internal non-bearing walls. 2007-2009. Construction by Top Notch Builders. Dunedin.
